Meet Matt and Paula, the dynamic duo behind Copacabana Brazilian Bites. Tired of the corporate grind, they decided to build something for themselves. While puzzling out their future over some of Paula’s delicious Brazilian food, they realized the answer was right there on the table. And thus, Copacabana was born.
They perfected their recipes, purchased a food truck, and outfitted it to bring their vision for delicious Brazilian food to life.
Everything here — coxinha, kibe, pão de queijo, espetinho, feijoada, brigadeiros — is made from scratch, exactly the way Paula's always made it. The menu is simple - every item is a bite, $1.27 each, so you can order two or ten and try it all.
You can find the Copacabana food truck off Memorial drive at the pads by the river, most weekdays and at various marketplaces on the weekend. Check the calendar below for the most up to date location.
